Great support. This is the very time I contacted Epik support. I switched over from another registrar because a trusted friend told me that the Epik Marketplace worked so well so sell domains hand-off. But I was hesitant because my prior registrar had such great support when I needed it. Now I'm very happy that I made the move because this shows Epik has as good or better support than the previous registrar.

I can't believe the amazing service and value at this company. Cheaper than Godaddy. All the same services. Friendly very helpful customer service. I've been in the digital marketing space for 20 years and this is by far one of the best registration/hosting companies that I have ever had to work with. I switched my domain registration and web hosting to Epik after other registrars and hosting sites began shutting down sites simply because they didn't agree with the points of view expressed on them (although it's perfectly legal to express opposing points of view). I haven't regretted that decision: the products work as advertised, all the time; and the customer service has exceeded all expectations. If I have questions, I get fast responses. I highly recommend Epik without reservation!
