With cancel culture running rampant and censorship by private companies on the rise, I have moved my domain to Epik where there is every expectation I won't be de-platformed for my religious or political beliefs. Their chat service helped me to find my authorization code to transfer and go through the process. It was easy, even for a non-techie like me!!

One of the best decisions I have ever made, moving to EPIK.COM for domain, we and email hosting. Cost is much less than GoDaddy which just seemed to go up everytime I renewed. Most godaddy services were ala cart so you pay for every little thing. The transition was effortless with help from Nelson. He simplified the details and helped me getting DNS and other setting right to make the system work for my company. What a refreshing experience.

After having Godaddy for 11 years the switch to Msft 365 for my emails was the last straw..someone mentioned Epik and I worked with Nelson, he is extremely professional and courteous. All the old emails and domains were switched over in little to no time at all. I will highly recommend to anyone. It sounds like im not the only one to be in the Godaddy exodus.Take care!!

After years with Godaddy and their sudden awokeness dropping ar15.com, two days after that I switched everything to Epik.com and had a few issues with the transfer that were implacably handled by the Epik.com customer support especially Nelson. I had to chat with support on 4 occasions and each time the service was outstanding.

A very good Registrar, that covers all extensions. Post-purchase customer service via Chat is 24/7 and great. Rob, the owner, despite being very busy, will always get involved/intervene with the little things if necessary. Some of the less mainstream domain extensions seem pricey at first compared to elsewhere, BUT if you've signed up to namepros.com (takes 30 secs to signup) their price reduces significantly due to some deal namepros.com has with Epik. eg. .com.au was advertised at $35 to register, but if signed up to namepros.com the price reduces to $8.45 instead (as of writing), making Epik just as competitive as AU Registrars. For .com and .net (ones that we have/know apart from .com.au) extensions Privacy Protection is free. It's possibly also free for all extensions where the country itself doesn't disallow Privacy Protection such as AU.
