What a fantastic exchange with Nelson at epik! I am an older engineer, familiar with computers from way back. I have worked with a lot of technology as years progressed. I am ignorant of cPanel, the nitty-gritty interface that epik uses and have avoided it for years. Nelson led me through the whole process to convert my antiquated knowledge to a contemporary understanding sufficient to get me going on my new venture. It was a few days of occasional chat, email etc that got me going. MOST Importantly, Nelson showed conspicuous patience with my endless questions an what-if scenarios. He made me a better customer. He was kind, engaged, and so actively helpful I felt compelled to write a review. A review from me is rare. Epik has a diamond, not in the rough, rather cut and polished with 57 facets. Nelson I hope you see this sometime. Epik, you ought to take this review under consideration, should Nelson have a bad day sometime. :) Thanks Nelson.

I had a problem with a Bitcoin payment for a domain transfer. Epik's customer care (Jessica) was excellent and really took charge of my issue. She resolved it to my satisfaction in a timely manner and my domain transfer has been completed without further hiccup. I can highly recommend Epik from my personal experience.
