I recently transferred all of my domains and email to Epik. I worked with Raj and Jaime who both stayed in constant contact with me until everything was transferred from my previous hosts. I'm very happy with the service they have provided.

Working with May Chen was great. She was able to get the buyer to increase their price to a reasonable amount for both parties.

As a first-time user/new Epic customer, having just purchased my first domain through NameLiquidate last night, I was so excited to see the domain was already available! Within 15 minutes of logging into Epic, I noticed it also said Free Blog! So I clicked that button and it built a WordPress site for my new domain, "Lov*MyM**.c** (read not to use a link) However, I was soon lost, trying to login to the admin panel. Luckily, the support Window popped up and I met Anand! Anand stuck with me through all my questions and realized my problem. I was supposed to see Console but had a little open circle near the domain name. Anand showed a screen-print of what I should see, and after logging in and out, like a lost child receiving directions in a big new world, I caught on to Anand's precise instructions. I am so happy to find the FREE blog was included with my domain. I have a lot of WordPress sites and hosting (GoDaddy, HostGator, Hostinger), so don't need more hosting now. I wanted something simple to set up for my new domain. (Use GoDaddy Auctions, since 2004, and Afternic for a few years, without much domain sales success). Just great to have it all right here at Epic! Plus, such great support! What a wonderful first day at Epic! Thanks so much, Anand. for your speedy help and understanding! EPIC definitely impresses me! (I rarely post any reviews and hope this one is ok)

Support is on a diamond level, and their expertise with crypto is trend setting. The EpikEscrow service is great also. Great overall experience.
