I almost aborted this domain host entirely but they totally redeemed themselves

This is a fantastic company to work with and is a highly trustworthy company. The staff is top-notch and eager to help. I trust them so much that I have well over 12,000 domains with them and have used them for the past 5 years and prefer using them over all other registrars because of the value they give.

Recently I have transferred around 600 domains, very easy and hassle free transfer. I've contacted chat support and their support team (Bárbara Freitas) handled everything and reduced my work. I have been using EPIK since 2016 and had zero issues with them. Lower price in the market, user firendly domain management system, more over excellent support from EPIK's CEO Robert Monster

Very Good customer support, moreover, at a lower price, better service, there is no better platform then this.

Problem? No problem. Had the worst experience with a domain seller (sellers remorse). But the guys from Epik did not give up on it for 10 days till they managed to get it all tied and sorted. Really appreciate your help Nelson and the rest of the team. Other similar sites take ages in getting back to you and most of the cases with an answer such as "it is what is". Not the case with Epik.

I have been with Go Daddy for years and have now moved all my sites to Epik. I am a pastor of a church and use epic for our church website. I also use it for my own personal website prodigalmike.com. Unlike GoDaddy, they do not sensor conservatives or liberals or anyone for that matter, and if I had known of the quality and customer service at epic I would have moved years ago just for that reason alone. They have been awesome! I called customer service on a Saturday night and actually spoke with Rob Monster who is the founder, and CEO of the company. He told me he was helping his people out because they were overwhelmed with the amount of calls they were getting. He was very helpful and spent a lot of time on the phone with me. I was never so impressed with anyone who I had called for help on the telephone as I was with Rob. He spent time with me that he did not have to spend. He was very personal and helpful and encouraging! He even prayed for me and my church over the phone! I bet you won't find someone at Godaddy that will do that! If you're thinking of opening a website you can trust EPIK.
