I contact Epik regularly and always find their support staff pleasant and competent. Recently, Anthony went out of his way to help me implement a new feature. I also find Epik's domain management software robust, intuitive, and easy to use. I especially like their versatile landing pages, which have helped me sell a number of domains.

My new Wordpress-driven site was blowing up for unknown reason. I contacted Epik Support via their "ZenDesk" chat client. "Nelson" entered the chat to help define my issue and resolved it with good explanation and detail as to what the problem was, why it was a problem, and what change was needed to correct the issue. It was a configuration issue that Nelson identified and addressed very quickly. He also helped by identifying and addressing a few security issues. The whole support session took less than 20-30 minutes and I have to say that I am extremely impressed. Getting support engaged is usually the worse possible option -- not in this case. Nelson saved the day!

Excellent service. I used their escrow service for the sale of a website. It was done in total 2 days. Their support is amazing. Almost works immediately on a request(almost feels like a favor). My account manager Furquan Ahmed is a great guy. Very helpful, highly responsive, and always active. Wonderful experience. Will use them over their competitor always.
