Have been a client of theirs for several years and I find them very easy to deal with, always extremly responsive, and greatly helpful. Today was good example; had a query over a small matter which was resolved within 2 minutes and helped me transfer a domain to them (took some of the minutia of the transfer process off me) and got it all done within about 10 minutes. Thanks Sam today but actually all the staff I've dealt with over the years.

Epik escrow service is very good option. Fast payment. Good and very friendly support team and member. I come to know about them through one of their member Furqan in FB group. Give it try.

Epik is the absolute best! I am a "newbie" and frequently have difficulties setting things up -- customer service is there all the time to walk me through or help me fix everything I've messed up. I would have given up on my website a long time ago had I not had access to the support.

Customer service at Epik is wonderful. I'm just an end-user trying to be the family IT, and they are always friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful. My issues may actually be minor, but if I can't fix it it's major. They always come throught. Also, I think their pricing is very good (domain registrar and email hosting is what I use).

The dashboard has lots of features and customer support is great, I am very happy I switched to Epik from a different domain registrar that kept trying to oversell me products I don´t need, no such problem in Epik.
