I have been ordering from EPIC for multiple years now, maybe twice a month or every 2ish weeks. I order the disposable vapes and gummies which help with medicinal issues. I do like and enjoy their product with every so often the vapes would get that burnt taste with half the oil still left (maybe 1 out of 10). My concern is with customer support, it isn't great. I had my first issue with a vape not working straight out of the box. I had to jump through hoops just to get that 1 replaced. I had to send a video of the vape not working, not a problem. I get the video to them, next day they ask if I got it working...really??? I replied no, the next day they message is asking for a video again. 4 days of back and forth to get it replaced. This was my first time contacting support for any concern over the course of 4ish years. Then my next order their POS fails and didn't charge my card. I get a message from EPIC about it and an invoice. I notice that my card wasn't charged so i paid it. Then 11 days after I paid the invoice, I get another email about that same purchase not being paid for. Which I then sent a screen shot of the paid invoice from 11 days prior. What is getting me lately is the shipping. I will order at say 11 am central and my order doesn't get shipped until the next day, not the same day if ordered before 1 pm pst as advertised on their site. It's been say 50-50 if it gets shipped the same day since early this year. Why I'm writing the review is because I emailed their CS about this and then get an email in return that didn't even address my concern about shipping the same day as ordered. They wrote "We understand your disappointment, especially since our website states that orders placed before the deadline qualify for next-day delivery." Huh??? Next day would be nice, but that would be overnight delivery, not same-day shipping. Now my current order is on day 2 and still hasn't shipped. Ordered on Monday at 12:28pm pst not expecting it to go out since it was close to 1, but now on Wed with label created, but not received yet by USPS. I am at a cross roads right now because I do like their product. I have found other sites. but none compare to their product yet, 1 is close. I have been a loyal customer, but your CS needs improvement or I will switch permanently.

Ovrrall, the products I've ordered from Epic have been great. But this time, the EPIC Shopping Cart is refusing my Debit Card. The Card and all the info is correct, Each time I try to pay it gives All the following errors; ▪︎ Card Number Is Not Valid ▪︎ Expiration Date Is Not Valid ▪︎ CVV is Not Valid ▪︎ Zip Code is Not Valid After filling out the address fields, it keeps saying Shipping and Billing Address Must Match I've checked and double-checked all the information and it's ALL CORRECT! I used the same card for a transaction elsewhere and it worked fine! I've attempted the transaction 5 times and got all the same error messages shown above. My bank says they DID NOT decline the card, that the problem is likely with EPIC's Shopping Cart software! Gonna have to find another place to purchase my concentrate!

OUTSTANDING!!! The best flower variety I have ever come across. The QUICKEST SHIPPING I have ever experienced. Seriously, you really need to check them out! I am very satisfied with this wonderful company!

I have been buying from them for a while and it’s been a good experience for the most part but my recent order has been horrible the customer service is none existent I have left emails and phone calls and not a single reply the order said faild yet still took the 40$ as of sep 24 I like ordering from here but this might be my last after a couple years

This is one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a company. For the most part, things have gone alright - but this most recent transaction of mine has been horrendous. If you need help with their customer service, GOOD LUCK. They don’t respond to emails. They don’t answer the phone. They don’t respond to texts. Their voicemail is full and you can’t leave a voicemail. This isn’t just BAD customer service, it’s nonexistent. My issue has been ongoing for two entire months where my package was returned to sender and yet no correspondence has been made on their part to rectify the situation with either a refund or another package sent out. I’ve even attempted a chargeback from my bank, but Epic Vapor can apparently communicate with the bank to say the “order has been shipped.” I’ve emailed them and texted them my tracking # which clearly says “returned to sender.” Overall, this is a disappointing company. If you’re on the fence, let me help you: save your money, because it is a headache and a half if you actually need to talk to someone here. UPDATE: As of sending this review, miraculously, they replied to my email and are planning to send a replacement. I’m still leaving the 1 star because of how horrendous this 2-month experience has been. I don’t understand why ANY company would take ZERO action when an item is returned to them by USPS, nor do I understand why a phone number is posted yet no phone calls are taken.

It looks like they've had a checkered past with spray on d8 products and such but these days they're selling legitimate thcA flower and it's some of the best I've seen. They NEED to update the website though and lab tests in on the THCA flower or I won't order anymore.

Hellfire OG, try it, you won't be disappointed. The relaxation effects are on point, this is coming from a working disabled female. My bonus every night when i get home is smoking some flower from Epic. I've never been disappointed with Epic's products, they have great communication, fast shipping.
