We were approached by a nice young man who rang our doorbell. After listening to the improved security his company offered, at a smaller price, we agreed to switch to Envision. The installation was done a couple of days later, with no fuss. They even helped us when we had questions about using the 'key fob' a few days later, at no charge. We feel secure, and the monthly charge is less than ADT. And their system works mork effectively. We are glad we made the change, and would encourage others to consider the improved benefits as well 1

Customer service was great. No pressure to sell the product. You get more for your money than ADT! The install was fast and the tech were very friendly!

When the sales reps first came to my house they identified the need I had for a security system an educated me on how to use the security system every step of the way. I had even set my alarm off by accident for the very first time and the representatives over the intercom we're very nice and professional. Everyone from the sales representatives to the installer to the representatives on the other side of the intercom we're all very knowledgeable, professional, and very nice.

I really like the system, I just wish the installer would have taken more time on the install. He was in a big hurry because his girlfriend was in the car waiting.

I am so happy with our new Envision Security System. So very easy to operate and the installation was great. I was an ADT customer for 20 years and not one day have I been sorry that I chose to make the change. Very satisfied with customer service as well. Anytime that I decide to test the system I have not had any problems working with customer service. The phone app is extremely easy to use. Couldn't ask for a better system. Such piece of mind.

I feel protected in my house when the alarm is on. Even when I leave my house and the alarm is on I can feel confident that I will find my home as I left it.
