It all started with a knock at the door... The Envison rep that spoke to me was very prepared to handle the typical resistant they get when approaching people at their home. I too was someone not being very open at first. However after hitting on some key point, the buy out of my existing contract, paying the same or less for more features, I did want to know more. Envison made it easy to make this change, they were out the very next day installing and now I am loving being automated to my cell phone with a home security app.

We recently switched over from a larger , very popular security system company to Envision and have been extremely satisfied since day 1. We're hesitate at first but Envision Security has proven to offer us more for our money . The system is easy to operate and gives us the convenience of control via smart phone without any extra charges. Everyone has their own password which wasn't an option with their competitor. Installation was quick and they came out right away. Pleased with our decision to give Envision our business! :-)

The thing I love most is how easy the control panel is to use.

The salesperson was friendly and helpful. He was knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. The system works is easy to use and works as expected. I luckily haven't tested the response time but have had them check in after a false alarm. It was quick and easy and made me feel safe. Logging on to the online system has not been easy as I lost my log in and the system to reset doesn't seem to work or didn't for me. I honestly haven't had the time to mess with it so not sure how difficult it would be to eventually resolve. I do think I would use other features though if I had them set up ie my phone etc.

Edward stopped at our door and was very pleasant. Since we already had a security system we weren't too interested at first, but then he said, "But is your current system connected to a land line?" And when we said yes, he said, "Then anyone could cut that outside line, and you have no protection." That made sense to us, and we were then sold on your product. Thank you for your help. Services offered surpass other systems I've had. The quality of customer service is excellent. Envision representatives are friendly and helpful and will do whatever they can to help you. They are quick to beat out any competitor price and in addition, will give you better equipment and service than you previously had. I'm upset I wasted my money with ADT. They gave me equipment which was outdated and hardly any security add-ons. Every add-on they would nickel and dime you. Envision will save you money and offer you better service, hands down.

Envision security is the third company I have used for home security and by far the best. The equipment consist of advance technology which provides sensors to every window and every door. Not only is the equipment great the customer service is superb, in my past experience with other companies once the contract was locked in customer service ceased to exist. I'm estatic this was not the case with Envision Security even now they call to make sure I am still pleased with the equipment and service.
