Fast turnaround
Fast turnaround, very friendly staff, I’ve done a few transfers and they have always taken care of me. Highly recommended to anyone getting transfer work done.

I thought that the customer service was…excellent!!!
I had to upload the pictures, did not work, so then I had to upload them to flash drive and send the flash drive, The picture on the DVD were in the exact same order that I sent on the flash drive. There was no creativity, no fading in and out of pictures, no mixture of pictures. Very Generic.

Hi Annie, Thank you for your feedback. I am happy you thought our customer service was excellent. We always aim to treat our customers with the respect and compassion they deserve. I know our office manager Linda spent time with you to ensure your files were received safely after your initial issues with sending them via dropbox. I am sorry to read that you did not think that the final video was worthy of 5-stars. The video you contracted us to create was a basic photo slideshow. This type of video consists of showing each photo (in the order they are given to us) on the screen for a few seconds with cross-dissolves between the photos. Additional transitions, motion, animation, or special effects is something that could be added into the video when the budget allows. My understanding is that for this project, there was a tight budget and so there were no add-ons included. If you have any concerns or feel that you did not receive exactly what you wanted, please feel free to contact me directly. I am so grateful to Envision Video…
I am so grateful to Envision Video Services because they were able to take my old VCR mini tapes and put on my hard drive. Those tapes had special memories of a friend that had passed away. They are very professional, educated and work in a timely matter. I will now be doing all of my old tapes with them. Thank you again for a wonderful experience!!!
