Should have been told up front of upcharge
Initial quote was $29.99 to convert a data disc to DVD format. When I brought the disc, I was then told that I have to wait 1-1/2 weeks for them to do it or pay an upcharge of $15 for faster turn around. I would have preferred to get all the information about the quote when I called.

Hi Gerry! Thank you for your review of your experience. I apologize that you feel that you weren't provided with all of the necessary information before you came in. We certainly do try to give all of our clients as much information as possible when they call in. Unfortunately not everything comes up on every phone call. Our turn-around time varies depending on the service being provided and on how busy we are. Typically its anywhere from 1 to 3 weeks for most services. When a client wants something done same or next day, we do charge a premium as that requires us to put other projects and work for that day on hold. This is industry standard. This information is freely shared when people call and ask to get their jobs done within a specific, rushed, time frame. Most of the time, people do not need it done quickly, so we don't mention it. In your case, it was probably just some mis-communication. I've made a note in your account and have credited you for $15 towards a future project. We look forward to serving you again. Pete
