Poor customer service I was supposed to pay $3.00 for shipping but was charged $15.95 I placed my order and they lost it and when I called to say I never received it they place another order and said they wouldn’t charge for quick shipping because it was their mistake. I received the part and the shipping was $15.95 I called Robert Mannella and he told me he would talk with Jose Menendeznand clear it up but Robert emailed and said all the can give is a $5.00 credit which I never received. Also when I was trying to get my original order I emailed the company through their website twice and never heard back had to call to replace the order.

The sales rep was very polite and helpful, and I had a good experience ordering online, with prompt delivery.
