6 in. Torquer Locking Well Plug is cheap and poorly designed... Beware that if you don't add a spring clip or other method of securing the threaded wing bolt at the end it can be turned too far and most of the parts will be at the bottom of your well... Description says most locks will fit when I have yet to find a lock that can... Even if you could find one a hammer blow to the soft orange plastic would break the weak mount for the lock any way... I needed this for a well on my property 50 mi. away... Hope a small animal or child is not injured...

I ordered the wrong size but had to pay for shipment back to the company.... very disappointing - not sure that’s how you take care of your customers. I did respond and said how disappointed I was as well with no response...

I understand it was the holiday season when ordered, but only 1 of the 2 pieces ordered showed up, no emails or tracking info. I am looking for an update currently.

I paid for a 2 day delivery and didn't get till a week late. Unacceptable.

Late shipping and no notification of original ship date. When I inquired about shipping status, there was no personal response but I got an automated tracking email quickly. Seemed very impersonal and showed action only when I complained.
