I have emailed customer service twice AND called and left a message. I ordered a manhole cover on June 8th and it still hasn't shipped. I understand these are difficult times, but that doesn't excuse the complete lack of customer service. Edit: customer service ONLY reached out after I wrote this review. I don’t ever write reviews, and their statement below is misleading. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

The representative I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful to make my decisions about which product to order.

I received the product on time and in great shape. Installed the manhole cover and it’s functioning as desired. Meet expectation all around.

Product and value were great. My order was shipped in a reasonable time period and customer service was prompt to take care of an issue with a missing item. Would recommend Enviro Design Products to others and will be ordering from them again myself.

They didn't fit.I called and talked to a girl and thought they would work but would not fit. To costly to send them back due to restocking fees and shipping fees. I'm stuck with $128 that will sit in my garage for ever.

Item was delivered on time as promised.

Quality product. Good design. Wish it was rated for higher pressure, but I am very glad I bought it.
