We were very satisfied with our experience with Entry Only. We sold the house -cash offer- the first weekend! We have already suggested others use the site.

I had a great experience with Entry Only and Jason was available to answer questions we had. We had a unpleasant experience with co brokers did not want to show property because they wanted the full listing on the property. They wanted to receive the full 5% on the listing and where not satisfied with 2.5% therefore they boycotted showing the property. Most buyers use a broker to find property and will not view a property without a buyers broker. They would talk down my listing property.

EntryOnly was a great service to list our home on the MLS without using a realtor. The system was easy to use and the customer service was excellent. We sold our home without a realtor and saved a lot of money. I highly recommend!

I am not great with technology and I found that putting the listing in was very easy and that anytime I had a question Jason was always available to quickly help me. I really like the "menu" approach where i can select which services I wanted and not be stuck with a package offering me more or less than I needed. Great customer service since I did have to ask a question or two as a first time user. Sold my house at the price i wanted. Got it under contract in 10 days, and that was between Thanksgiving and Christmas, not exactly prime selling season.
