If you are comfortable selling your own home, EntryOnly gets your photos and listing on MLS and Zillow for a reasonable flat fee. It was much cheaper than hiring a realtor, and we have sold several houses at this point without needing to retain a realtor. I would use EntryOnly again and recommend it to a real estate savvy friend.
