I used EntryOnly.com to sell my off-grid home in a very difficult, rural, real-estate market with Jason from EntryOnly. Jason very responsive and passed along all inquiry requests to me in a quick, timely fashion. We sold the house after about 10 months and I saved a ton of money! This house was very unique, so comparable homes like mine have taken years to sell, if ever! But I was able to save money by not paying a selling agent a full commission and could price the house correctly. I will say that I used another, cheaper service to sell my next house, and part of the reason was that I thought I needed a 12-month or longer, listing and the competitor had a more affordable 1-year price. That said, while I was successful in selling the 2nd home, the experience was not as smooth. The cheaper service farmed out my “listing entry” to a local real estate agent in my state (well, the agent was supposedly “local”, but I believe the agent was working from some other location, but that doesn’t really matter I guess),and that agent was very terse at every step and minimally going to help me, most likely because I did not want to purchase that agent’s optional seller services (basically, you have to find/create your own real-estate documents, use your own on-line tools, etc.). Also, the agent had a real problem with putting my home on Zillow, but I insisted the agent and the company who took my money make good on their promise, and eventually they caved and my listing got on Zillow. With EntryOnly, I paid a little more, but I would say I got a higher level of service, a more turnkey approach to selling your house yourself - and saving a bundle.

Jason handled everything super quickly and was there to answer any questions I had. This was my first time selling a house on my own and I never felt overwhelmed in the process. House went to market and within 3 weeks was under contract. Entire process was extremely smooth.

Highly Recommend! The website interface was easy to work with. Jason's response time for questions was very quick. Do not hesitate to try this service. 5 stars!!!! My one bit of advise is do not go to low on the commission rate. All of our showings came from the sellers agent.

A few times I have dealt with Entry Only, it was a pleasure. My listing went on line sooner than expected and any changes that I had to make it was done efficiently. I would use them again.
