I think it is a great concept and Jason is very responsive. The only issue I have is that when people inquired, they were subject to be sold financing. That was not my expectation. My expectation was that it would be listed on the MLS - that is it. There needs to be transparency with notices in BOLD to potential buyers of the following: - The listing is sold to real estate brokers as leads so they will contact potential buyers. This is very annoying to potential buyers. - Entryonly.com will market financing options to potential buyers. This is also an annoyance to potential buyers who just want to learn more about the property. It is too early in the process for that type of solicitation.

Jason and his staff at Entry Only were top notch in their service. They provided all necessary documents to list our house and were very responsive when I had questions throughout the process. We communicated primarily by email, but their responses were quick and thorough...I even got a response on a weekend! Once our house sold, they were great about getting the listing updated quickly and making sure we had everything in line for our attorney who completed the process for us. A great way to save half of the commission on a sale for a very reasonable fee.
