Great price quick delivery

First, parcel arrived on time. Second, it arrived on time in good condition. Third, it was not poorly made or less than I thought it would be. It was a very useful and handy purchase.

The deliver was rather slow and there were some cofusions over one order. I have written to customer services and asked them to check my orders and remedy any mistakes if possible. I will await their response, before answering further questions. Order 1: "Chair Yoga" book arrived: well written, clear pictures, Ok - very good book! Order 2: "Chair Tai Chi " book. Another chair Yoga book arrived instead. Same as book in order 1 "Grandson" key ring hasn't arrived yet. Order confirmation looks wrong it says "Grandchildren", not "Grandson" I only have one grandchild so why would I order grandchildren version? Roger Walker
