A bit slow in delivering but seems like a good idea.

The deliver was rather slow and there were some cofusions over one order. I have written to customer services and asked them to check my orders and remedy any mistakes if possible. I will await their response, before answering further questions. Order 1: "Chair Yoga" book arrived: well written, clear pictures, Ok - very good book! Order 2: "Chair Tai Chi " book. Another chair Yoga book arrived instead. Same as book in order 1 "Grandson" key ring hasn't arrived yet. Order confirmation looks wrong it says "Grandchildren", not "Grandson" I only have one grandchild so why would I order grandchildren version? Roger Walker

Good service. Was overcharged but they refunded it pretty much straight away. Not used the solution yet so let’s see how it does

It took a long time for order to arrive but was kept informed on every journey delivery driver was kind and good

Delivery was good the length of time it took which is not the fault of the delivery service was poor.
