My experience buying has been uneven. The descriptions don't match the parfums and ouds. I do like that they use good ingredients.

Over the years I’ve sniffed many an oud. From the designer imposters to the now long gone trees of yesteryear. And over those years one consistent remains. The quality coming out of Ensar Oud is superb. Top rate. Excellent. Yusuf Royale specifically is worth a serious deep dive. For the price, well, it roars at the most profound capacity. A delight. I might add shipping is perfect. Lightning quick considering the complications of global commerce. For myself, there are plenty of options available for the purchase of oils. And then there is Ensar. Thank goodness.

My package came four days early. Dealing with DHL is a breeze! Ensar Oud always does things above and beyond! I bought three different Rose oils and they included a sample of Japanese Rose, a Rae thing, so I could compare the smell! That and the other sample we surprises on top of a generous discount that made the entire order far easier than I expected. This is such a first rate, customer-first, boutique business. I can not say enough about how lucky I feel to have found this company!
