The team were super friendly and flexible. They went out of the way and tailor made the order as per my request and prescription. Delivery was quick although there was some issue courier side - but due to whatsapp and email feature and super friendly team on it, got sorted out fast. They also gifted me with mini samples which is alwaaaays a delight. But only wish they had included atleast the same amount of samples as my order looong back. I had been gifted 3 samples back then at the least from my memory . This time 2 :( and no high quality oud sample this time around :(. And one sample came almost empty. I could barely use it one time properly after alot of struggle. And...that was the one for me. (Update: I'm reading reply to other reviews that the missing part is stuck somewhere on the top...and upon closer inspection I can spot it stuck on top...so I suggest then they should seal the opening around the top so the content does not get stuck for customers.) So, I got Brasiliano Vetiver and Haitus Vetiver. I felt Brasiliano Vetiver more stronger in quality and richer in experience. Felt more like the sweet rich grass and soil during night time. Ensar Ouds Vetivers feel like...real grass and earthy soil...I could just feel them when I smell them. They feel pure direct to the soul. Haitus Vetiver was also a commendable smell as well...maybe a bit lighter and on the drier side. Then now...after smelling these two... I smelt Paraguay Vetiver - the sample bottle that I had I complaint about earlier due to its apparently almost missing content ....and then...my fists clasped onto my nose suddenly as if I was suddenly entered in ICU - and was breathing in OXYGEN FOR SURVIVAL. I just could not lift off my hand no matter what. My hand had converted into an oxygen mask. And I was gasping in for air. NOW...this is Ensar Oud at its zenith and for which I recite eulogies for to everyone. Brought a tiny tear to my eyes...that I wish...I wish I could have more so that I could share. Last, I tried Jasmine sample, and it was a commendable fragrance as well as Haitus Vetiver. And explosion of vivid colors. In the end if I were to rank them in order it would be as follows: 1) Paraguay Vetiver 2) Brasiliano Vetiver 3) Jasmin and Haitus Vetiver This is my review. Ensar oud all products are a 5 out of sheer respect. We just rank how many stars over the 5 we must give them instead. And Paraguay Vetiver for me came out at the top. I believe this is the exact one I had bought long back as well - my first ever purchase - as I remember gasping for oxygen back then as well :) Thankyou Ensar Oud for existing. You make us appreciate God's blessings on Earth to their most respectful zenith and make us desire the Hereafter ever more - wondering what would be the quality there if God decided bestows us with His Paradise,...if such zenith is here.
