Delivery time is best I had. Quality is excellent to me oud oils is the best you can buy but unfortunately the prices are high for some oils thus we can't afford to buy.

I had received a discount voucher, I deleted it by mistake, I contacted Ensar and they very kindly sent me the discount voucher again, as always fast in shipping, what they have to improve is that it enters for customs duties in Italy, losing a few days until the new reshipment, which is done without notifying the buyer and he does not know the status of the order.

Ensar Oud (previously known as Oriscent) is my ultimate go to- oud shopping site. This is the place where oud lovers can safely pull over and take a stroll in an olfactory heaven where only the best essential oils are made and given to the public. From attars to the highest caliber of agarwood distilled- oils, one can find the scent best suiting his character and taste. Ensar's craftsmanship is masterful, devoted and heartfelt, although the prices his magnum opuses command are out of reach for almost everyone- beside tycoons and conglomerates, he on many occasions extend his generosity by providing us with sample kits of said works. I bought and tried some of his legendary oils. Royal Kinam (2010) was among the best I bought and to this day I lament not snatching a whole tola of this now mythical scent (It was also affordable back then). Kyara Koutan was also a revered oud oil among connoisseurs. His new trend of pure perfumes is just as soul stirring as his oils. I have sampled his Sultan Murad perfume, and it is by far the best oud centered- perfume I have smelled. Such minty airiness and green kinamic waves make a tired heart as joyful as that of an exuberant young man. Ensar's team are also quite attnetive and always ready for help. The shop's shipping/handling proceedings are top notch. My only gripe as already mentioned lies in the sky rocketing prices of his oils. Oh, and I also am surprised that one of his Oud Sultani- line perfumes did not reflect much of the royal grade- oud oils poured in them like the description claims. It is either I lack the fine taste of contemporary connoisseurs or my nostrils have grown weak over the years. Other than that, Ensar oud remains a top pick for me.
