Fabulous Flower Oil
I initially loved purchasing from Ensar in 2021, and still do, as I did find out his quality in packaging is more upgraded with actual velvet packaging. In addition, he doesn’t disappoint with the quality and authenticity of his sourcing in terms of raw materials. In addition, their service follow up does show that he himself does see the review and cares about his clients no matter the cost of the purchase. A true artisan and will be returning in the future to purchase again with him. - Thank You Ensar-

Thanks Zuhair, I saw your five star rating you gave the product. As for the service, am I to understand that the one star rating is because we gave you two free samples and a 15% discount? The presentation we provide now is a clear upgrade from what it was in 2021. Now we're using real velvet and premium materials for our boxes. Our quality control is at an all time high and for the times when Adam isn't able to respond there is an alternate WhatsApp number provided. Did you contact it? As for requests. Making them in the comments section is always a good way for our fulfillment team to see them because they process orders so fast that requests that come in after the fact may not reach them in time.

I've been a customer for 14 years
I've been a customer for 14 years. Ensar Oud provides great authentic oud oils along with many other aromatic treasures. If you enjoy oud and attars, perfumery, or raw materials prepared with exacting standards, this is the site you want. I've collected aromatics from many places, but I've never worried about the quality of anything from Ensar. Their pure oud oils are the absolute best I've encountered.
