Ensar OudReviews of ensaroud.com

Superb service. Should be the gold standard. Excellent products.

Ordered the EDP Exclusives sample set and incense. The fragrances are so unique and special. Complex and beautifully crafted. The shipping was so fast, 2 days!!! I live basically across the world. I was so happy and shocked when I got it so quick. Ensar Oud is my favorite place to shop. Unbelievably good scents and service. Thanks so much!!

It’s insane how fast the delivery is! Also, generous with the samples provided as I asked for some specific ones and they provided them. Thank you to the Ensar team, appreciate the work you put into the brand and looking forward to ordering soon again!

Friendly, helpful staff. It was a pleasure!🤗

No problems at all. The level of communication was excellent—friendly, efficient, and very helpful.

One of the smoothest, most friendly shopping experiences I've ever had on the web in general and with buying perfumes and scented things especially. They are breathtakingly quick, more quick than DHL can do their updates. And today I got an profound answer via E-Mail within minutes (It's holidays season coming and a time of big stress). The WhatsApp and E-Mail communication feels (and I'm sure that it actually IS) organic, not a cold chat bot. From Enthusiast to enthusiast. Also I've received parcels with wonderful surprises and great special offers within the shopping process. And, finally - the oils and kodo incense sticks that I've had within the past few years are simply unmatched. (Blue Kalbar is a staple of mine from first sniff.) Much more to talk about these scents. But to make it short: This is excellence!
