This is my 1st flight alone without my husband but with my sister. Our travel agency was thorough in making travel arrangements including hotel accommodation and Uber pick up to and from the airport. She was reachable and guided us making sure we was secure in our itinerary. We are very grateful for making our trip worry free. We will use this travel agency again.

I enjoy communication and everything was well communicated from the emails with the trip details to the itinerary. Any time i had a question i received a response quickly and accurate information. My sister was happy with the way her birthday was handled and i think Tamika for that.

My experience was great because my travel agent communicated very well through email prepping me for my trip even when I missed emails and asked for clarification she was very kind enough to resend the email and the emails were very clear. From the moment I arrived in Hawaii, the transportation was set up through the directions that she gave and same for departing Hawaii🌺🌴 I couldn’t be more grateful for having a travel agent during a huge travel time. Booking went smoothly. We were able to reach our agent Tamika whenever we had questions. Transportation arrangements was fantastic and on time The resort was beautiful. I very much enjoyed Antiqua. The only concern I had was with the cleaning of our rooms. They took all day to bring us clean towels and we had to ask for them. They never actually cleaned the room.
