The Literature Guides are well-written…
The Literature Guides are well-written but sometimes the answers in the Question-Answer section are too short.

I am trying to log in and I cannot . I paid for a subscription for one month and the e support keeps telling me my subscription is valid until June 16... Can anyone fix this for me?

Charged for 2 days free trial
I thought I was buying 2 days of free trial and would not be charged, however I was charged for the whole month even though i cancelled straight away.
