It was a great experience, the instructor did a fantastic job! However, for $ 64.00, certification should be available at the end of the trading session. Most people are trying to either become certified or update training certification, and shouldn't have to wait for something to come in the mail. Thank you😀

I paid $64 for a class that was suppose to last at least an hour and a half; however, the instructor (Patrick Richards) began the class by stating that the material should only last "about 15 minutes." I expected the class to be more interactive with hands-on instruction, examples of materials, etc; the instructor casually provided only a 3-page handout and was, at times, dismissive of the material. I feel I could have gotten more explanation and practical application from watching a YouTube video. There was a survey provided, however, the instructor requested that we fill them out and hand them in so that there is "proof that we attended the class." I did not feel comfortable with this because I strongly felt that if I were to have completed it indicating my displeasure of the class/instructor, rather than given him/the class high marks, that my "paperwork" would not have been submitted and that I would not get my certification. With that said, I completed the survey indicating my false approval of the class/instructor and handed it in. I do not feel that my First Aid certification from this class is adequate nor had it given me any more education/instruction than the basic understanding that I already posses in regards to administering First Aid; I was disappointed with this class and the instructor.

It was a great class; the pace was fast and the information share was very direct. It was exactly what we need to know and do. Thank you!

I enjoyed the class. It helped me review all the things we should know. The instructor worked with my bad leg and allowed me to practice on a table.

I have taken both CPR/AED and 1st Aid classes with EnjoyCPR. Every class and each instructor has been great. The classes move at a quick pace, but they never feel rushed. Hands-on practice begins almost immediately, which is the absolute best way to learn and remember the skills. The instructors are qualified, experienced, and personable. I always leave a training feeling well-informed and prepared. I highly recommend EnjoyCPR!

I have been First Aid & CPR certified for over 15 years and I have never seen an such an unprepared Instructor. There was no real instruction and all we did was to read from the manual out loud like kids. This is the kind of training that requires a lot of hands on time as possible. The techniques you will acquire on this training could not be learned from a book. In order to be able to perform as expected from a certified person you need to actually know what to do and practice in training as if you were in a real emergency. The instructor did not know basic things like proper hand position to perform CPR, basic reference points to position yourself in relation to the patient, proper hand position, how to locate ideal spot for compressions among other many many things. To have instructors like the one I had is UNSAFE. We have now 3 people out there with a piece of paper saying they can save some ones life but in reality this might now be the case. Hope this problem can be addressed so we can actually train people properly and save lives in the future. Thank you

Class was good but the teacher was almost an hour late.
