My instructor was 15 minutes late so because of that class started 45 minutes if not an hour late as she needed to set up. She skipped nearly all videos and extra slides so the class would end on time. She had to borrow clip boards from the hotel the class was held in because she didn't have any. Two of the four CPR dummies chests were broken, torn and ripping, and caved in. The two dolls for infant CPR had heavy, dark, dirt spots. She didn't have any pens, thankfully I came prepared and had my own. Overall I spent over $100 for the class and I feel if I spend that amount it's because I'm getting quality and I never received amazing quality.

Not good. The instructor seemed distracted and unprepared. And told way too many side stories that had nothing to do with what I paid for. Was not told it was at a hotel and I have yet to receive an email copy or my actual card in the mail. I took my class May 6th. It shouldn't take this long.

I paid $64 for a class that was suppose to last at least an hour and a half; however, the instructor (Patrick Richards) began the class by stating that the material should only last "about 15 minutes." I expected the class to be more interactive with hands-on instruction, examples of materials, etc; the instructor casually provided only a 3-page handout and was, at times, dismissive of the material. I feel I could have gotten more explanation and practical application from watching a YouTube video. There was a survey provided, however, the instructor requested that we fill them out and hand them in so that there is "proof that we attended the class." I did not feel comfortable with this because I strongly felt that if I were to have completed it indicating my displeasure of the class/instructor, rather than given him/the class high marks, that my "paperwork" would not have been submitted and that I would not get my certification. With that said, I completed the survey indicating my false approval of the class/instructor and handed it in. I do not feel that my First Aid certification from this class is adequate nor had it given me any more education/instruction than the basic understanding that I already posses in regards to administering First Aid; I was disappointed with this class and the instructor.
