enhancedscents.comReviews of enhancedscents.com

Placed a “skip the line/wait” order (2 day shipping) and never received the product. They damn sure took their money but won’t respond to my emails or anything. Save yourself the bullshit and don’t even try to order from this company…nothing but scammers!

I ordered from Enhanced Scents back in January and received my items. Then they charged me again in February for more even though I never signed up for a subscription. And it wouldn't let me cancel the order. Very misleading.

Dont buy, big waste of $35.00!! This took forever to arrive. There is a faint smell. I put it on and sat next to my boyfriend and he never noticed. Thought I didn't put enough on so next time I put a lot on, still didn't notice. Told him to smell my new perfume and he said it smells like vanilla but no big attraction.

I ordered this product but it never arrived I got in contact with the company but they stated that they delivered the package but it never did. Now I'm asking for my refund and they won't refund me they ignore me and say that they will get back in contact with me but they do not. This is a host please don't be fool they are a scammer. Still have not heard from the company or refund my money.

It's absolute crap. Last all of 20minutes, very small bottles. Roll on bottle like we had in the early 2000's. The scent I would describe as nice smelling dish soap.

Update: They did send my perfumes after all, but it was weeks late. I will not use them because of their shipping method: the USPS. I do not like USPS and do not trust them to get me my packages in a timely manner. I will not use this company again. I ordered 2 of the perfumes and did not receive them. This is unacceptable. I wrote them to let them know that I did not receive them. Their response was that a thorough investigation was done and they said the product was delivered. If I can’t find it, then I should ask my neighbors and look around my yard for the missing package. This is not practical as we have community mailboxes. The company biggest mistake is using USPS as a mode of delivery. They should use a better delivery service. All I want is a refund or new product shipped to me. I asked for this and they are ignoring me. I would not use this company to purchase anything from. All they care about is the bottom line and NOT happy customers.

Terrible service. They advertise 50% off but 2 and get 2 free and I was charged for all 4. The perfumes are not that great. Short lived smell. And now they started charging me $29.99 for no reason. Just because they had my card on file. Don’t buy these. Rip off

I remember some years ago, asking 70 of my family and friends to type up some good reviews for something I was selling, (very easy to get done), except, my product warranted the good reviews. DO NOT BE FOOLED by this 'so-called' perfume. I'm reading the reviews and wondering if I bought the same thing all these people bought. It is odourless, and even though the exotic gave a very slight scent, it lasted if anything but 2 seconds and I couldn't smell anything after those 2 seconds. I'm sniffing my wrists so hard as if I'm on drugs, and getting absolutely no smell whatsoever. I'm reading marriages rekindled and sparks returning in relationships and all I can do is shake my head but wish them all a happily ever after. My box was damaged otherwise, I would have most certainly requested a refund. Be mindful of the refund policy as well. I'm reading it's only 25% refund (I can't verify this). Another bad spend on my part, but DO NOT BE FOOLED people, this will not enhance your love life. I'm sorry for all the desperate and lonely people who will fall for this in pure hope of finding attraction and love :(
