No worth the hype

Very easy to buy products off your website. I just wish there were more products to choose from. Specifically supplements are under represented.

I almost never leave negative reviews, but my experience with Enhanced has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had in my 50+ years on this planet. Their poor responsiveness borders on negligence, both via email and the portal. My pre-paid 6-month prescription was supposed to be refilled after 3 months following my completion of a health questionnaire. I did that on Sept 6 (and again on Oct 2) and have been stuck in customer service purgatory since. I still don’t have that medication and canceled my other medications with them. I honestly feel like their practices are intentionally predatory. Never again “Enhanced.” Never again.

I have been following enhanced since the games in Vegas. I love the website and all that it offers. It truly has changed my life and gave me a new reset after 60 years old.

The process was relatively straightforward, but I don’t like that my prescription waits to ship until I’m already through my 30 day supply. I travel frequently and my upcoming refill comes a day or two after I next leave. My last refill came two days after I ran out, and that’s with me missing a day or two over the month.

I feel like I wasted my money. Didnt lose weight. Spent a ton on product. Followed a diet and workout but the meds never helped. I tried to tell them but they said i was on the highest and nothing they could do. So not sure if what i got just wasnt potent or what but it didn't work.

Subscription practices are intentionally predatory: No notice of account changes, automatic orders are designed such that they can't be canceled, orders placed Saturday morning, no weekend support. Website is broken. It shows a subscription is paused when it isn't. Unhelpful support.
