Getting the loan is great. Quick. Fairly easy process. BUT, after paying a loan off early, ENGS is a pain trying to get the title of the paid off equipment. I'll be using different lenders just because of this. I usually sell my equipment when it's still worth some money, not wore out. I was under investigation due to this timeframe. If ENGS has the money, release the damn title.

It was a great experience working with ENGS everything was sent and explained in a timely manor. What questions I did have were answered with only one call to customer service. Will definitely use ENGS again.

Not Convenient ENGS sold our note to BBT and then bought it back. We had a lot of extra paperwork that we had to do at the request of BBT. All of which we had already provided to ENGS. It was a pain in the assets. I would be very reluctant to use ENGS again.
