I was not happy with the lady I delt with on my financing, she was very pushy and rude

I think the late fees are extremely high. Starting a new business is tough and very expensive. I understand about paying a late fee, but over $300 is unfair.

dont like the auto-pay program ,, but other than that ,, just a normal business bank as usual

My sales guy was excellent. Very satisfied with my purchase, however, two months later I still do not have any type of statement that shows me how much of my payment is towards principal and interest. I only get amount due deducted from my bank account every month. I want to see monthly my balance and have emailed several times and I still have not received anything like that. So on that end I am very dissatisfied.

Getting financed was fairly easy. I tried to pay off my truck early and was not impressed with the $10000 penalty for doing so. My interest on this loan is the highest I have ever payed.
