I signed up for the free 7 day trail and they charged me as soon as they can which is the first day and the same minute I clicked the free trail

1. Engineer always delay the deliver, so this platform let me set the deadline for nothing. 2. This paltform allow vocal producer and recording engineer to take mixing job. But they are un-qualified, the mix they deliver definitely not meet the industry standard. Me personally never heard such bad mix on spotify and any paltform. And that mix engineer said his mix is way more better than my original stem. Damn my 500 bucks. _____________ The reply totally dodge my accusation. There is one project I need refund after I click complete. I admit it. But I started several project on this platform, 2 goes well.Others gone bad, some of them do get fully refunded but still waste of my time and trust.And I do check their mixes on studio monitors before I book. Anyway, since they act so nice, here is another, a customer service guy ask me if I need recommendations for the mix I just canceled. He recommended himself then told me to cancel project since I don’t like the first mix. That made me really mad. They letting those recording engineer Pass their certification then charge fair price to deliver unqualified mix. This is crime.
