enginediyReviews of enginediy.com

First time from China and enginediy … I will be back. Excellent service door to door. Perfect quality product , excellent logistics and last but not least . Great communication .

The tesla Coil we purchased had a defective power board. We contacted their customer service and immediately they gave us options to resolve the problem. We elected to have a new power board sent to us, which was received in one week. Excellent communication and fast responses to emails and delivery of new board. Very friendly and knowledgeable. I would purchase more items from them which we are looking at another item to purchase.

All good this end was well received and they had fun playing with it

Good product very reasonable shippin time

Item arrived remarkably quick. Product complete as described in the notes. However some part are loose fit which seizes the motion of one part of the engine. Secondly, a good correspondence and contact needs to be made with vendors for tech support. Great to deal with overall. Thanks

Enginediy did what they said they would when they said they would. I am very happy with the experience.

The company shipped me a product with a US connector, so it couldnt be used in the EU. The product was not functioning according to the description so I wrote a product review on their website but instead of improving their service they REMOVED THE REVIEW. Not the type of honest company that I would want to buy from.

The kit was professionally packaged and all parts were manufactured with great precision. The operating instructions are also very clearly written and make the assembly very safe. I would like to make a small comment at this point. It would be useful to mark the fuel screw and the air screw on the carburetor for optimal adjustment so that you don't have to spend a long time trying when you start it up for the first time. Thank you for this very well-made model.
