The provided a fake tracking number then take 2 days to respond with what seems like automated answers. After 2 weeks they tell me they were out of stock and should have them coming into warehouse in a couple of weeks. I asked for a refund again 2 days to respond and said “ it would be a shame cancel now but my item should be shipping soon”? I said I still wanted a refund sense it still has not shipped this is the worst online business I have ever dealt with they take your money and hope you don’t ask any questions when your item doesn’t show up.

Do not buy anything from this place, they scam you for your money and wont repay what they owe you

I am very disappointed with the product I ordered; it doesn't look anything like the picture, and the advertisement is misleading. If you intend to buy from them, please be vigilant and don't let them deceive you.

After ordering 5 pistons I. December, months to buy I'm told my parts are behind produced , then after several months they say they won't be produced at all , no refund issued and ghosted , absolutely appalling business .

Sent me only part of the $200 engine order then wanted to charge me to send me the rest. EngineDIY / Lucas also deleted my review from his site when I left the same thing above. BEWARE BUYERS!

I purchased a small combustion engine from Enginediy. On the very first start-up, the starter and ignition module burned immediately. I contacted the seller and asked for a full replacement under warranty. They first offered that I pay 50% of the cost, and after I refused, they completely stopped responding, ignoring all my follow-up emails. This is clearly a manufacturing defect, and their customer service was extremely poor. I have now escalated the case to the Norwegian Consumer Council (Forbrukerrådet) to recover my money. I cannot recommend this seller, as they failed to honor their warranty and completely disregarded me as a customer.

First purchase was fine. Second purchase they provided a fake tracking number and refuse to respond to any inquiries resulting in me filling a chargeback.

Still not received my item as wasn’t told it was out of stock when I ordered it
