Can’t fault these guys. I’m on my second engine, I’d be on my 10th if they were a little cheaper but I suppose you have to pay for quality.

A EngineDiy tem equipamentos para venda indicados de entrega imediata e outros que demoram algum tempo a serem enviados, ou porque estão em início de lançamento ou porque necessitam de preparação e ensaio em fábrica antes do envio. No meu caso, logo após a compra eu perguntei quanto tempo iria demorar o envio e a resposta (do senhor Lucas) veio de imediato e com indicação precisa. E logo que a locomotiva foi colocada no transportador, recebi uma informação do dia exato em que a iria receber, e recebi mesmo no dia exato indicado. O tempo de entrega foi de 30 dias (18 dias para preparação e ensaio operacional e de qualidade mais 12 dias para viagem até Açores). A EngineDiy é especializada neste tipo de equipamentos e presta uma assistência técnica e comercial impecáveis, além de escolher excelentes transportadores. No meu caso foram envolvidas 3 companhias de transporte: YunExpress (até França), FedEx (França - Portugal) e Açorcargas (para Açores). Não posso estar mais contente com o serviço prestado.
