To say I am pleased would be a gross understatement — Engage has been AWESOME! I was using another (major) provider for 12 years. Although their website design was barely adequate and their service was terrible, I was terrified of having to switch providers and migrate a very complex website, web store, and email...without downtime and without spending weeks rebuilding the site. Well, Engage took over the entire project with no money down; and within two weeks had created a new, high quality website with every last bit of content from my old site — I barely had to lift a finger! They have continued to be responsive to every question and concern. And the cost is no more than with my old provider, with 10X the service and functionality. I wish I had found Engage sooner — don’t hesitate if you’re on the fence!

Where do I start? For me, I was talking to an Engage rep when she mentioned the services I would get for a price that was slightly less. I was hesitant but saw more capabilities, more customer service, so I just went for it. Wow. I was surprised how easy they made everything switching my account over. Then they were able to get me up and ready sooner than I imagined. If you have ever heard "under promise and over deliver," this is it the epitome of that. No that wasn't where it ended, my project manager assigned Brian Wallace is incredible. He has been knowledgeable, customer focussed, responsive, and care how my company does. Engage has been a wonderful resource for our company. We recently switched from MoPro to Engage and while there were some hiccups in the transfer, we have had excellent customer service throughout our transition. The platform is exceptionally easy to use and edit, and the team there has been extremely responsive. Brian, one of the project managers, has been exceptionally helpful with our page getting up and running. Even while I was being presented the webpage through one of their sales associates, Ryan, I would say that he probably was one of the best salespeople I have ever dealt with.
