So far Engage has been great! We just started their service, but appreciated the honesty of the sales people when asking questions about what they do and how effective they are at driving business to our company. The website creation was very fast and painless, plus they were able to port over our domain and email addresses in no time with no downtime.

Great customer service, easy on boarding process.

I've been with Engage about a month, coming over from another whose major complaint was that it was not very technical-friendly to seniors. Previous to that I was with the Grand "Daddy" of website publishing companies who were also not friendly to seniors, charging extra to have a more technical staff person actually build your website. In my "senior" case, this was offensive. What a pleasant surprise it was for me to be able to make website changes myself, again. Not only that, Engage (so far) charges less to start with. And, to top it off I was fortunate to have Brian Wallace as my "Project Manager" Brian made it a seamless process to transition my website AND domain name from 2 other vendors to Engage. And he has continued to help me after Engage first published, by being receptive and responsive--- no question was too much or too little for him to handle. I recognize that this is only my first impression of how they conduct their business, but first impressions are very important. I look forward to a continuing good business relationship with Engage.
