They are RELENTLESS. They will not stop calling and emailing, sometimes up to 4-5 times a day. I have already refused their service multiple times. Its gotten to the point where I just hang up at this point. Would 100% not use them, they will not stop or take no for an answer.

Engage basically stole my money. They say I hired them to take over my website but I actually hired another company. We they sent me the billing on it I thought it was the company I hired because I get 50 calls a day about doing my website design. That was my fault I concede to that. They continued to bill me even thought they had no administrative access. That means they had no access to change or do anything with my site. They will not give me the money back even though they've done nothing.

Attention!!!Say “NO” to Engage. This company does not have a Hotline, no Facebook page but only via TEXT and Email!!! The company collects fees without providing invoices, and when stopping the service, they will block the customer's website to force the customer to continue. That's hooligan!!! They charged my service for 6 months and continued to charge me every month until the 13th month. When I discovered it and sent an email 30 days in advance asking to stop, they blocked the Webside. (This is the Webside I already have.) If you want them to serve you, I advise you to ask them to provide a contract and return your Webside access rights after stopping service, or better, do not do business with this company because it is ineffective and will waste money. (I have informed thousands of hair and nail salon owners across the United States about this company on all social networking sites to avoid being deceived by Engage company.)

I get 3 to 5 form submissions from this company every month. They are relentless and won't stop. I have tried calling, email, etc and nothing. They just keep submitting forms every month. I just received an email from Engage support who is now really excited to talk to me. He explained that they have an employee in the Philippines who submits 500 forms per shift. This sure does sound like spam to me and he validated what I already knew.

This company is really shady. I get form submissions to a few times a month from them. The user leaves a phone number/email and talks about my performance but includes a website url that she “analyzed” to a website that is not mine. I’m pretty sure she is a bot since the forms come in at 3am most days. I have tried calling and emailing them to get removed and no one answers the phone or returns my calls/emails. Stay away from this company unless you want to get scammed. This company emails our clients 1,000's of times per month. Our clients have asked them to stop and so have we and they do not reply to emails or phone calls. Total SCAM.

They are only decent (at best) if you are actively their customer. If you want to explore other options watch out. First they will hold your site hostage trying to keep you their customer. They will try scare tactics. Then when that doesn't work they will tell you that you need to pay another month for them to transfer the site to the new company. I requested a cancel and transfer 6/30. As of today 8/10 the company I switched to is scrambling trying to fix the mess engage left them. They took my site down, my email is not working, and engage is no help. This is the most shady interaction I have ever had with a website company. 0/5 do not recommend. They do not make great websites, the SEO I paid for didn’t change over the course of the time I worked with them, and when I decided to switch companies to see if there was a difference they were awful to deal with.
