Total crap. For the money you pay, they stretch out quickly (I have small wrists) and you have to pay more to get them restrung. Never again

Great customer service and product is excellent. I never take the bracelets off and they have held up beautifully!

i purchased two bracelets and one ring middle to late jan 2026. The all gold beaded bracelet and ring are still in great condition but the silver and gold bracelet looks terrible as if the silver beads have totally lost the finish and the bracelet is not wearable. I emailed with a photo and they said sorry silver can tarnish. I sent back a few responses mentioning that silver should not tarnish like that in two months especially when worn every day. They will not respond. I guess they are not commited to standing by their products..so disappointing

False advertising. They advertise shipping as 3-5 days, then once you order, the enail confirmation says due to high demand allow 14 days! They need to include this information upfront on their website not after you order

Horrible experience with this company! I bought one of their rings at a local boutique near me and it ended up breaking after a week! It would constantly roll off my finger since it was chunky beads. I’m not quite sure how this happened but it broke during a gym class I was in and the beads flew all over the floor. It was only held together by a thin piece of plastic string. So cheap! They wouldn’t replace the ring and don’t stand behind their products. For the price they’re charging they’re crazy! It’s disrespectful to customers. I also have a bracelet from them but won’t be buying enewton in the future.

I left so many messages no one cares. Shame on you. This is the first of many I will leave You will be out of business I hope very soon. I have been purchasing enewton for years not only do they break easily there is no assistance from their “customer service”. Save your money and time there are many other better quality brands. I have left so many messages it’s ridiculous. No one cares it returns a call. They are disrespectful. DO NOT BUY As a small business owner myself I find it horrible a company can charge what they do and just ignore their customer. Can Not wait for them to go out of business they give SBO a bad name. HORRIBLE Customer Service Purchased over $200's worth of bracelets for a Christmas present. Bracelet broke on first wear. Submitted a request for the product to be replaced. Heard back a month later that they were busy from the holiday season. I followed up at the end of January to the same response and it's now February 9th and I still have not been give a direct answer on when to expect my replacement. I will NEVER order from this company again.

I purchased an ENewton silver 2mm bracelet for my 24 year old daughter for Christmas. I bought it from Findley Rowe designs in Roswell, Georgia. The bracelet broke when my daughter went to slip it on her wrist. Per instructions from the gift store, I filled out an online form with Enewton on January 10. It has been almost a month and there’s been no action. I have left voicemails and sent additional emails with no movement to have my bracelet replaced or repaired. I’ve never had this experience with any kind of business in my lifetime. It is very clear to me that Enewton does not value their customers. I will not be buying any more jewelry from the brand in Enewton.
