I am a grandmother, have proudly worn E-Newton bracelets for three years, even giving them as gifts. Recently, one of my bracelets broke, and I went online and completed the digital form, requesting repair or replacement, and attached photos of the defect. It took almost 2 months for them to get back with me, and when they did, they refuse to repair it, saying that it was not an E Newton product! In essence, they were calling me a cheat, a fraud, or a liar! I was shocked! Beware! They will not stand behind their products, will insult you, and refuse to make good on their written policies. Avoid E Newton!! Their products are not well-made, they will not stand behind them, and you too may end up just being insulted for having wasted your money buying them in the first place!!!!!! I am very upset, and they have lost me as a customer as well as everyone I can speak with. They deserve to go out of business!

Avoid avoid avoid!! 2nd time a bracelet busted and customer service is a freaking joke. They are not helping or replacing. Do not buy anything from enewton.

Horrible customer service No refund on items that tarnished within two weeks of purchase. Faulty items, rude customer service agents who have no manners or proper way of dealing with people Absolutely avoid!!! Cheap jewelry that should be a fraction of the price, I’ve had better from shein $138 wasted

Good customer service!

Terrible customer service. I was gifted a bangle,which is one of enewton's most expensive pieces, for my birthday. I received the bangle on April 20, 2026. On June 27, 2026 the bangle feel apart. The piece inside the bangle broke. It was over 30 days so I had to pay for the repair. I was told to fill out a form and mail the damaged bracelet to enewton. They said it would take about 45 days for them to evaluate the item and then they could give me an estimate for repair. I was then told that it would be less expensive to just purchase a new one. This was a gift and only lasted 97 days. It was a $369.00 bracelet. I thought this was an upstanding company, but I am so disappointed in thos product and their customer service. I have 3 other bracelets and a necklace from enewton, but will never again spend money with this company. I never expected the quality of the bangles to be so poor and customer service to be so difficult to deal with. By the way, the bracelet has been repaired, since it was a special gift, but the repair was done at my local jewelry store.

I wish I had read the reviews before buying two bracelets. One broke within two weeks! I took the pieces back to the store and they returned it for “repair” after more than a month, and contacting ‘customer service’ to no avail, I called the store and a lovely girl who worked there got in touch with their rep and I got my ‘repaired’ bracelet back; only it wasn’t mine! They had shipped a small which I couldn’t get over my hand. Without comment, she exchanged the ‘repaired’ bracelet for the large. eNewton professes to be a Christian based company but I see little of that, based on my experience and those who have also reviewed this company and its service.

Horrible customer service. They use “Shopify” and during check out it sneakily linked me to an old address I haven’t lived at in 3 years. I didn’t see it at checkout to catch their mistake and realized on delivery day when I went back to check. I emailed them explaining the situation and how this was a Mother’s Day gift and just asking if there was anything that they could do to help. They were cold, basically said it’s my fault and not only wouldn’t they offer any help but were snarky about it. Horrible company, over priced product. Will NEVER purchase from them again.

I bought a pair of hoop earrings and one of the clasp didn’t stay hooked. The customer service at enewton was excellent!
