Hi There, I see where you placed this order via our webstore on 4/18. Our customer service team sent this to the manufacturer, and we were advised of a 6- week backorder on 4/21. Our customer service team leader reached out to you to explain the situation within 5 minutes of receiving the news from the manufacturer. We do apologize for the inconvenience, and we have requested that they expedite this, but there is no guarantee of this. Our web team works hard to dynamically update lead times across roughly 100,000 products, and we rely on the latest information provided to us by the manufacturers. Unfortunately, sometimes we don’t always receive the information from the manufacturer until after we’ve placed the order. Hello, I’m sorry about the confusion. The part that you purchased is a retrofit kit for TACO zone valves and the image on the website is to illustrate the actuator that these are compatible with. Unfortunately, we don’t always get updates on changing lead times, and this does create a lag in information sharing with you.
