Not sure what the point of paying for 2 day shipping when it takes your company almost 2 weeks to ship the product that was in stock anyway. Last time I buy a thing from this company.

The product we purchased showed an included Belimo actuator but the actuator was not included.

The items ordered were suppose to ship in 1 week. The order was placed 1 week ago from this review and it is still pending fulfillment. My credit card was charged for the items last week, but they have not even shipped yet! I have no idea what is going on with my order.

Sorry, but I selected "poor" since I did expect for a product you sell to be available. I was told that there is a back-order for the product which I do understand. However, receiving an email 2 days after placing an order with notification of such back-order is "poor".

It's next to impossible to get a human being on the phone to assist with an order, availability, tracking information, etc. If you DO happen to get a human on the phone, they speak to you as if it's your fault that you don't know the order number (good luck getting copies of your invoices, too) and refuse to give tracking information when you receive an email saying your order has shipped. Pro: Their prices are incredibly hard to beat.

Component was supposed to arrive in 2-3 days. We then had to reach out to be informed that they did not have the component in stock and that there is a back order at the factory. We have yet to receive the component which is understandable due to a factory issue. However waiting a week and not being sent any kind of update without reaching out is unacceptable.

Product was listed as “in stock” when purchased no one contacted me in three days. I had to called and i was told it was 4 to 6 weeks delivery.

Ordering a VFD was simple enough online...after +7 days no shipping notification. I am left to conclude when(if) item shows up I might be happy or it takes +weeks to move product out-the-door. Other companies, I have dealt with are sincerely interested in repeat customers and are willing to ensure their "products are best", "used correctly and repeatedly" for market penetration and outstanding identification. I believe you can do better and honestly rated 2 stars because my experience is only for: 1 online information and ordering 2. waiting.
