What an extraordinary program and team! While it is up to the individual to follow the protocols, you never feel like you are alone. The daily videos, coaching calls, and weekly zoom meetings are very supportive, encouraging, and motivating. Not only has my overall health improved, I am winning the battle with my auto-immune issues. I would recommend this program to.......everyone.

What can i say it is too good to be true however our experience shows that it is true. I have had an ongoing issue with candida for about 35 years which manifested itself as a rash about 6 months ago so I got off of all carbs and sugar for two months and it was not going away at all and nothing I tried would work until we started the program and after about 2 or 3 weeks it started going away and it would come back but it was smaller and it went back and forth until after about 70 days it was completely gone. Mescal my wife always had an aversion to exercise but on this program she has not missed even one day. And her hypothyroidism has apparently disappeared. Also she had a knee injury in which she had to wear a knee brace and now she can work without it and has better motion. So we are grateful for the program and we would recommend it to anybody.

Excellent program, it works! I have changed my life for the better, and learned tools that I can take with me for the rest of my life. The coaching from Karen was tremendous, and the daily motivation videos really made a huge difference in keeping me on track and motivated!

Encouraging program that anyone can do, but you need to WANT to transform yourself to a better you! The strategies are simple to follow. If you're happy the way you are, great, good for you...but you want better to best you then this may be for you. I gotten better but I am not my best yet .. round two here I go!!

Although I did not reach my goal of healing my Colitis and Celiac, I have made progress. I will be doing another 88 days because I feel I will heal completely. It was beneficial to have a health coach to guide me.

My experience has been great! I didn't think I could work the program but it hasn't been nearly as hard as I thought it would be. I'm still working towards my weight goal but my body has reshaped, my skin is healthier, my hair feels amazing and I feel SO much stronger.

Completed the whole program and accomplished my goal. Usually people sign up for it because they want to loose weight. I lost over 40lb but it was not my main reason to sign up. I did have trouble keeping my weight under control. I kept feeling hungry and wanted to eat. I figured it was because nutrients don't get to my cells my body is craving more food. So for about 18 to 24 months I tried to hydrate more. Then I saw an interview with John Jubilee talking about inner cellular hydration. I knew immediately that is what I wanted to do. Takle the problem at a deeper level at its source. Weight control or weight loss would come along with it, and it did. From 173lb to less than 143lb in about 100 day. I feel truly energized and my metabolic age has gone down a decade.

This program and everyone involved in it are truly a Godsend. They are the kindest, most genuine and generous people. I have been blessed to be a part of it and am thrilled with my results. John and Chelsea Jubilee along with Jim and Wendy and everyone I have had contact with are there to help change the world in the best way possible one person at a time. I can’t wait to spend the rest of my life in the best health and fitness possible. 88 days. I lost 54.57 lbs and 48.9 inches.
