My 88 days transformation with Energized Health (EH) was greater than expected. The Coach was awesome! EH was first class. Highly recommend EH for taking back health and transforming your life - body, mind and Spirit. This is my new family - they care. I lost click & pain in my knee, 10lbs of fat, and clothes fit better. I am so pleased I made the EH decision.

Everybody comes to this place with a different need or, should I say, different health opportunity. I've spent my fair share of time listening to health podcasts, reading books etc. Yet, no one talks about cellular health, cellular hydration on the level that Energized Health does. It makes total sense. There's lots of talk online about cells. Even cancer are cells that have gone rogue. But no one, other than Energized Health, offers solutions to repair cell health at this level. Plus the mindset stuff, plus the nutrition, plus the easy exercise to reach maximum results. I've gone through my first 88 days of the protocol and have met my weight loss goals. My skin looks bright (our inside is reflected on the outside), I didn't even realize it was happening but I have more energy, am more motivated, with confidence to buck the system while making my health and fitness a priority. Which, ultimately, benefits everybody around me. I'm enjoying my new way of life. The protocol is laid out in succinct stages ... and meets you where you're at. My only regret is that I didn't start sooner. Sincerely, Renee

I would highly recommend Energized Health as they have fulfilled their promises. I am just completing my first round of the protocol and the 4 promises they have offered have each been kept even though I was not perfect every day. I have increased my cellular hydration, reduced my subcutaneous and visceral fat, increased my skeletal muscle and seen improvement and several of my health issues. Thank you! I am so happy with my results, the coaching and program that I am even considering working for the company to help them reach more people with their message and protocol.

It works. I am healthier. I am also 6 sizes down and am not finished.

This program changed mine and my husband’s lives! Is it expensive? Depends on how you look at it, but you get what you pay for, folks. My husband and I both had tried other “cheaper” fad diets out there. None of those have sustainability, none of them provide access for a lifetime, a lot of them are not concerned about your OVERALL health, as they focus on JUST weight loss. What you don’t know is that with other fad diets, you are probably losing muscle and skeletal mass. EH teaches you how to keep that and lose weight in the process! That’s super important. My husband and I will be using the knowledge we received from EH for LIFE. We’ve also become personal friends with Coach Jean who was amazing throughout our entire protocol. If you are reading reviews, I suggest you focus on people who actually did the program and finished it, as opposed to people who had a misunderstanding and never even tried it to begin with. You get a personal coach throughout the entire process 102 days + access to calls and the EH community for life, so sorry to the complainers… but the EH coaches don’t want to work for free. Just like none of you want to work for free. There’s overhead for employees who are hands on the whole time. You won’t get that from a cheap diet trend. I know, I tried them. The EH protocol works, and I have yet to hear a complaint from anyone who’s actually done it. Listen to folks who’ve done it and not quitters or by-standers who think they know. 😊

I had an incredible experience with Energized Health! Working with Coach Jean has been a game changer for me. She provided personalized guidance and the best support each week. Coach Jean’s knowledge and motivation inspired me to adopt healthier habits, and I truly feel more energized. We love the Tuesday night calls with John and Chelsea and we’re always learning something new. This has become a sustainable lifestyle change for me and my husband. If you’re looking to get healthy and need a fantastic coach, I highly recommend Jean and the Energized Health family!

I recently completed 88 days with Energized Health, and the results have been amazing! At 52, I was looking for a way to lose some weight and improve my health. I lost over 18.2 pounds and I feel stronger, more energetic, and healthier than I have in years. A huge shout-out to my incredible Coach, Jean! Her support and weekly guidance kept me motivated and on track throughout the process. This isn’t just another diet; it’s a lifestyle transformation that has given me a new outlook on health and wellness. I can’t recommend Energized Health enough!

I am 41 years old and have always been in pretty good shape, except for after having my son a few years ago- I just couldn’t find myself again. Energized Health and this community with John and Chelsea finally offered something that worked in my lifestyle and made sense! I have more work to do, but I feel empowered and prepared with the right tools to meet my goals!
