Only works if you can afford it
They should say only available for people with money. I spent time on the phone with their rep and was excited to see how it would work for me. Then came the issue of cost. The rep said that they sometimes offer special help for people like me and would call me back to let me know. Never heard from them again. I understand people making money but don't act as though you truly care about the client when what you care about is their wallet. To seal the deal that I wasn't their type of customer all the emails I use to get from them suddenly stopped. Bad form.
