I bought through Instagram because the reviews and pictures were so realistic, I ordered the super stretchy relaxed fit dungarees. It is too small (I am a size 12-14 and bought the Large) it is made out of a woven fabric with zero stretch. The legs are too short and it had a nasty zip at the back. Not at all as advertised, and I can only assume the reviews were fake, or they were paid influencers. PLEASE AVOID, customer service although polite refused to take it back. Disgusting company. UPDATE ** I put a claim in with PayPal and they decided in my favour, got most of my money back.

AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. I have been trying to return two items of clothing that are not true to size and made of poor quality material since March. They are not very helpful at all.

Same as everybody else. Was charged way beyond what was agreed on the invoice. They also missold the item using an advertisement featuring a completely different product than what was sold, I will be reporting to trading standards and raising a dispute via my bank. Disgusting service from a vile company whose customer service responses are rude and beyond unhelpful. Please do not buy anything from Energeticm. They are a scam, a waste of time, money and energy.

Terrible experience. As with the other reviews here. Paid £23+ for a poorly made item that doesn't fit at all. It says stretchy in the advert... Nope! Tried to send back for a refund and was offered £2 compensation. Wish I'd checked here first. I can't even sell it on Vinted. I'd be too embarrassed!

My experience is exactly the same as everyone else's on here. I ordered the super stretchy jumpsuit and got an item that in no way resembled the item advertised on Facebook. Wish I had checked the reviews on here before my purchase. Scam company! Do not purchase!

Absolute scam ordered “stretchy” jumpsuit has no give in material unless you work for Willy wonka and are an ompa lumpa don’t buy one I’ve requested return refund been told they sent the item I brought so they will not refund and then said I should give it to a friend I don’t have any ompa lumpa shaped friends still no refund or reply !!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡

Sent a faulty item then refused to accept a return. Offered £5 refund which was a fraction of the purchase price. Avoid at all costs!

SCAM!!! AVOID!!!! Ordered stretchy dungarees as advertised with video on Facebook. They were not cheap and neither was postage. They eventually arrived from overseas and they are cheap non stretchy polyester - way too tight and nothing like the advert. I emailed them asking for return address + refund (as stated in small print). They asked for photos? With low jpeg?? Which i sent. They replied with "there is nothing wrong with them" and that's it - no further correspondence and nothing I can do apparently. Can't believe I didn't check them on trust pilot before I bought!
