I ordered some items from Energeticm over a month and a half ago.. still not received them. I've chased them several times, they do can back to me but just send me tracking details. My products are in the ether somewhere and I just have to wait.

I only picked one star because you have to . This company is corrupt , they sent wrong items and wrong sizes and refuse to exchange or give me money back , to return to china it costs more than the items I brought, customer services is a disgrace . Do not order from them you will just be ripped off .

If I could give less than one star I would. Do not use this company! On a £30 order £3 and then £5 was offered as a refund which is against their own refund policy!

Avoid at all costs. Poor quality products and when asked for a refund only offered me £2. Disputed with Klarna and not resolved so now raised a complaint but ultimately looking like I am going to be expected to pay £15 for the worst pair of leggings I have ever seen in my life. If I don’t pay they will go to debt collection! I will now always look at reviews before buying anything

You’ll never get the item you want the sizing ridiculous, the material is cheap not stretchy as advertised I wish I’d researched before buying, KLARNA supported them so I thought is was an ok company, it’s not they’ll never admit their items are not fit for purpose, I wish I’d never bought from them I’m still in dispute with them nothings resolved …

Not to sound repetitive but ZERO STARS, DO NOT buy from them. Everything said in all the other reviews is absolutely true. I'm writing to let you know that if you purchased through paypal you can log a complaint and try to get some money back. I didn't get the whole cost but managed to get just over half. It's better than nothing. I'm left with clothes that don't fit and feel horrible and look so ridiculous I wouldn't give them away. AVOID them at all costs!

If it was possible to give zero star rating that’s what I would have given this company. Ordered two jumpsuits which are nothing like the ones they advertised. Material is shiny, cheap and nasty. Shape of jumpsuits is ridiculous. Body is short, legs all wrong, tight on shoulders. Absolutely horrible items. Contacted them to say I was returning and all I keep getting is ‘items received are what was ordered’. I have contacted them repeatedly to ask for returns address and they will not send it to me. Disgrace of a company. Do NOT buy anything from these people. Total scam!

Terrible quality, not as advertised, came damaged. The company had made it impossible to contact for a refund. It's a money trap Just to update, don't expect Klarna to help if you've purchased through them. They fully support the fraudulent business. I'm taking this further with the ResolverUK as Klarna refuse to acknowledge me at all now.
